* All massage services including those in packages are subject to a NJ State 7% sales tax.
* Gratuities are not included on any prices. The industry standard is 20%.
* All Spa appointments must be secured with a credit card at the time of reservation.
* Please note a 50% fee will result if you miss your appointment or cancel with less than a 24 hours notice.
* To ensure that everyone receives the full benefits & experience of their Spa service please arrive 15 minutes early.
* Arriving late may result in lessening precious minutes of your service.
* The spa experience is one of tranquility and relaxation so please respect the rights of others.
* Since the spa is designed for an adult experience, no children are allowed.
* We provide robes and slippers for your convenience and comfort.
* We ask that you leave valuable jewelry at home. We are not responsible for lost items.
* Please alert therapist of any physical ailments or disabilities.
* Pregnant women may not receive massages in their first trimester.
* Bridal parties of 4 or more, will require a deposit. Ask a salon coordinator for more information.
* Gift certificates must be presented upon check-in.
* Packages and package gift certificates can not be altered, transferred, or refunded.
